Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Section 1 – Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Some products may be available only online through the website, may be available in limited quantities and can be returned only in line with our Refund Policy, which gives you 90 days to request a return. We have made every effort to show the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours accurately. Cedar is a natural material, so colour, grain and scent vary from piece to piece. We may limit sales of products to any person, region or jurisdiction and may discontinue any product at any time.

We may refuse or cancel any order, and may limit quantities purchased per person, household or order. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to contact you using the email and/or billing address or phone number you provided, and we will refund any payment taken for items we do not supply. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund you in full.
