OUR STORY

I moved to the UK from New Zealand in 2004, and five years later I opened a local neighbourhood café and restaurant. After seven years of seeing how much waste one small business produces, I knew it was time to throw in my apron and put on my eco warrior cape. That's how ecoKiwi was born. I wanted to make eco-friendly products that could replace disposable and plastic-based ones, so it's easy for people to make a difference and leave a lighter footprint on the planet.

At ecoKiwi we make sustainable products that work well and are kind to the planet. I believe small changes in daily life add up to a big impact on the environment. That covers how we make our products as well as what we make. We're always looking for ways to reduce our own impact and give back to the community.

Every one of our cedar products is certified carbon neutral through ClimeCo, and our range carries Amazon's Climate Pledge Friendly badge. I see this as part of the cost of doing business and using the planet's resources. It's just the beginning of our eco journey, so stay tuned for more from ecoKiwi.
